BEFORE: Wagner, Chief Judge; Terry, Steadman, Schwelb, Farrell,
Ruiz, Reid, Glickman, and Washington, Associate Judges.
On consideration of the recommendation of the District of
Columbia Bar to raise the ceiling on membership dues, filed
June 25, 2003, the comments and reply submitted thereto, it
is
ORDERED that the ceiling on membership dues is hereby increased
from $155 to $195 per annum, effective July 1, 2004.
