NEW!Landlord Tenant Conference Center to Open 5/18/17
The Conference Center is additional meeting space on the 2nd floor of Court Building B for landlords and tenants who have cases in the Landlord and Tenant Branch to discuss settlement options. The Center will also house offices for the Legal Aid Society of DC and Bread for the City who provide services to litigants referred to them by the Landlord-Tenant Resource Center and the Court.

- You may e-mail bulk filing dismissal lists to L&TGroup@dcsc.gov the day prior to the initial hearing so that these cases are not called during roll call.
- The Clerk’s Office accepts major credit cards for court filing fees; however, credit cards are not accepted to pay for writs of restitution, protective orders, or other escrow payments at this time. Remember the Clerk’s Office does not accept checks unless you are an active member of the District of Columbia Bar Association or an approved process server. The District of Columbia Bar number should be included on the check.
