Clients who call CIRP get help in learning about the options available both through the court and through other community venues. Clients will learn about other community services that may be of help as well as the mediation process within the court. Many mediations do not require a formal court case. Dispute Resolution Specialists at the CIRP will keep all details of clients’ issues confidential with the exception of reports of abuse or credible threats of violence.
